Walls
Interlocking precast concrete panels with an applied aggregate finish externally. Manufactured to CP116 with a steel reinforcement to BS4449, these panels are non-combustible and satisfy the structural integrity and flame penetration requirements of BS476 Part 1 1953 for half an hour. Connecting bolts and other fittings and rust resistant with external bolt heads concealed and the joints between panels sealed with mastic.

Roof
Fibre reinforced cement sheeting 152mm (6") profile supported by steel purlins in accordance with BS690. As an alternative, plastic coated, box profile steel sheeting can be specified if required, with or without ant condensation coating (factory applied) to underside face.

Doors
Spring operated up and over doors, fully retracted when open, complete with external and internal handles. Various profiles available in primed Galvasteel or Cedar. All doors are supplied with a locking handle and will soon be available with Eurolock fitted as standard.

Finishes Applied aggregate finish in a choice of 'Sparlite', 'Buff Quartz', 'Whitespar', or 'Brownstone' as standard. Other finishes are available for contract work - please ask for details.

Rainwater Disposal
Via built in concrete gutters and downpipes draining on the front apron.
